Since 2000, Mr. Henry has worked almost exclusively with German investors and German business interests investing and/or doing business in the U.S. In addition to his corporate, partnership and individual tax background, Mr. Henry has extensive experience in structuring acquisitions and new business ventures, as well as in dispute resolution before taxing authorities.

During his career, Mr. Henry has been a Principal with the New York accounting and consulting firm of Edward Isaacs & Company, as well as a Partner with the international firm of Ernst & Young. Before that he served for seven years as a Supervisory Internal Revenue Agent with the Hartford, Connecticut office of the Internal Revenue Service.
   
A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, Mr. Henry has developed and taught several courses on various matters of taxation and has been a speaker for programs sponsored by various groups and professional organizations such as the National Center for Tax Education and Research and the Connecticut Bar Association. In addition, he currently serves as Treasurer for the German-American RoundTable in New York City.
